The message of Jesus's death and resurrection changes us, shapes us, and empowers us for life. Everything we hold to as a church centers on our God who became flesh for us.
We believe the Bible is God's true and authoritative Word. Through Scripture, we hear from God, come to know Christ truly, and are equipped for life. Scripture governs how we worship, how we live, and how we view the world around us. We believe expository preaching equips us to understand the text's original meaning so we can apply it effectively to our lives.
Jesus didn't call us to follow him by ourselves. We are his body--each of us have unique gifts that develop and deepen within community. As God's family, we share in Christ's love as we do life with one another, encourage one another, pray for one another, and grow up together in Christ.
God's grace was never meant to stop with us. His love moves us to reach beyond ourselves, sharing the hope of Jesus Christ in our city and beyond.
