There is no room for the "Pastor CEO" or "celebrity pastor" in the Presbyterian form of church government. Grace Fellowship is led by a plurality of 6 elders, known as Ruling Elders, who are elected by the congregation to shepherd the church. The church is further served by Deacons, and supported by church staff and volunteers.
